## Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Python Core Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Python development. The ideal candidate must have strong core Python programming skills, a solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving, along with experience building efficient, scalable, and maintainable applications.

The candidate should be comfortable writing clean, reusable code, debugging complex issues, optimizing application performance, and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

## Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Python.
• Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-structured Python code.
• Apply strong core Python concepts, including OOP, data structures, exception handling, iterators, generators, decorators, and context managers.
• Develop and maintain reusable modules, libraries, and components.
• Analyze requirements, identify technical challenges, and implement effective solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize code for performance and reliability.
• Work with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and external services.
• Write unit tests and ensure code quality through automated testing.
• Work with relational databases and write optimized SQL queries.
• Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews.
• Follow coding standards, best practices, and software development principles.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

## Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum **3 years of professional hands-on experience in Python development**.
• Strong proficiency in core Python programming and its standard library.
• Excellent understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.
• Experience with Python collections, comprehensions, iterators, generators, decorators, and exception handling.
• Good understanding of memory management, mutable and immutable objects, and Python execution behavior.
• Experience writing modular, reusable, maintainable, and testable code.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Experience working with REST APIs and JSON.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Pytest or unittest.
• Understanding of code quality, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.

## Good to Have

• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Familiarity with asynchronous programming using asyncio and async/await.
• Knowledge of multithreading, multiprocessing, and concurrency concepts.
• Experience with Docker and basic CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and command-line tools.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
