### About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled **Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist** with 8–10 years of experience in designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise across the modern MLOps ecosystem, Generative AI, automation frameworks, and client-facing solution delivery.

This role requires someone who can work directly with customers, understand business requirements, architect AI solutions, and deliver scalable machine learning systems.

## Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Machine Learning and Data Science solutions.
• Build and maintain production-ready ML pipelines using MLOps best practices.
• Develop, orchestrate, and monitor workflows using **Kubeflow**.
• Build AI-powered automation solutions leveraging **Claude**, **MCP (Model Context Protocol)**, AI Skills, and intelligent agent frameworks.
• Develop LLM-based applications, AI assistants, and enterprise automation workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Optimize model performance, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, present technical solutions, and provide implementation guidance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices.

## Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with **Kubeflow** for ML pipeline orchestration.
• Experience working with **Claude AI**, **Model Context Protocol (MCP)**, AI Skills, and automation frameworks.
• Good understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
• Experience integrating APIs, automation workflows, and enterprise AI solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

## Preferred Skills

• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools for AI systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise automation platforms and workflow orchestration.

## Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to independently drive discussions, workshops, and solution presentations.
