## Job Overview

We are looking for a **Workday Developer** with 2–3 years of experience in Workday HCM integrations and technical development. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting Workday integrations and reports.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with **EIB, Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Workday Reports, Calculated Fields, XML/XSLT, and Workday Web Services**.

## Key Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, test, and maintain Workday integrations.
• Build and support **inbound and outbound EIB integrations**.
• Develop integrations using **Workday Studio** and Core Connectors.
• Create and maintain Workday custom reports, advanced reports, and calculated fields.
• Work with **RaaS, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and XPath** for data extraction and transformation.
• Analyze integration failures and troubleshoot data, configuration, and transformation issues.
• Work with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities.
• Monitor scheduled integrations and resolve production issues.
• Maintain technical documentation for integrations and reports.
• Follow Workday security and integration best practices.
• Participate in deployment and release activities.

## Required Skills

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience with **Workday HCM**.
• Strong experience with **Workday EIB**.
• Experience with **Workday Studio** or other Workday integration tools.
• Knowledge of **Core Connectors**.
• Experience creating **Workday Reports and Calculated Fields**.
• Understanding of **RaaS and Workday Web Services**.
• Good knowledge of **XML, XSLT, XPath, and JSON**.
• Understanding of **SOAP and REST APIs**.
• Experience working with SFTP and file-based integrations.
• Good understanding of Workday HCM data and business processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

## Good to Have

• Experience with Workday Security.
• Knowledge of Workday Business Processes.
• Experience with third-party integrations such as payroll, benefits, recruiting, or finance systems.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
• Workday certification is a plus.

## Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
